How BoggleBots handles checkout, license and support data.

Data collected

We collect the information needed to process an order: name, email, country, product, quantity, payment identifiers and optional support details.

Purpose

Data is used to create invoices, confirm payments, issue licenses, deliver downloads, prevent duplicate fulfillment and answer support requests.

Processors

Payment data is processed by NOWPayments. Email delivery and hosting providers process the minimum technical data required to operate those services. BoggleBots does not receive wallet private keys.

Retention and rights

Order and license records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention and customer support. You may request access or correction by contacting support@bogglebots.com. Legal retention duties may still apply.

Security

Private downloads require a valid email and license. Administrative and download directories are excluded from public indexing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
