Refund Policy

Refund eligibility for BoggleBots digital products and licenses.

Digital delivery

Because source packages and license keys are delivered digitally, completed and downloaded orders are generally final.

Eligible cases

Contact support if the wrong product was delivered, the download is unavailable, or a documented requirement is materially inaccurate. We will first attempt replacement or technical resolution.

Request window

Submit eligible requests within 7 days of confirmed payment with the order number and a clear description of the issue. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are not controlled by BoggleBots.
